To quickly access health information from your website's browser, download sleepwalker at 60 Didn’t know I sleep-walked. The first clue was a couple of months ago. I took a wrong turn in my home and ran into the door frame. I hit it hard and it woke me. Last night I felt like I had run into something but knew I was asleep. This morning I discovered a painful upper leg and soon will be bruised. I have a large home and feel that I walked into my dining table (I am a fast walker while awake). I am relating these two incidents that I know about to stress. The first one was right after my cousin died suddenly and the one last night due to my mother entering a hospice care facility a few days ago. I also am a Type A personality, work long hours and am currently running for re-election for Mayor. I don’t believe that I experienced sleep-walking prior to these two events. I am somewhat concerned about wandering out doors, so I plan on securing my bedroom with a second dead-bolt although I had to unlock the first one to get out! Comments
