always weird, sometimes scary

by: Sharie on Mon, Jul 07 2008

I don’t know when I started sleepwalking, but I know recently it has become very frequent. At least weekly, I wake up to find something strange had happened while I was asleep. I’ve made phone calls in the middle of the night and left messages that really made no sense to anything going on in my life, sometimes recall maybe having a dream about what i was talking about, have woke up in the morning with the door wide open and my dogs outside, I don’t let them out loose, I live on a very busy road, have cooked food and eaten it, my ex-husband told me he found me having a conversation on the couch with someone who wasn’t there, I’ve woken up with bruises I have no idea where they came from, have woke up on the floor in a different room, just last night, I was having really weird dreams, still not sure if it was just dreams, or if
I actually did some of the things I was dreaming, but i woke up in the kitchen at like 5AM. I had completely emptied my purse, had taken my cell phone apart, had like 5 or 6 lighters sitting on the counter, there were cigarette ashes everywhere and had put one out on a cd case, and a bag of cat litter was sitting on the counter w/ a coffee cup next to it filled with litter, what woke me up was when I tried to drink the litter, yuk. I haven’t a clue what i was trying to do. I never know what i might do next, it’s pretty scary, might burn the house down, get my dogs killed, make friends mad at me, who knows.

That is scary. Maybe you should try to quit smoking so at least you don't burn the house down....Read
