Then same thing happened when I was 14 years old. Then when I was 15 I woken my poor sister saying’ help me, help me’ she told me that I had a odd blank and glassy look in my eyes. She realized that I was sleepwalking so she told me to go back to bed. In my altered state I apparently understood her….. then other espoide occured last friday and I was embrassed by it. I work as a personal attendant so I live with my boss. So my boss came into my bedroom. Well she woke me. But apparently I was sleeping still. She told me that she needs to talk with me. I relpied’ okay I will go’ then I laid back. I remembered nothing about it until my coworker told me about my boss being frustrated about me not coming out of my room as she asked me to atfer me telling her I would. I said ‘no she didn’t talk to me.’ But she said she did so. So I was wondering if anyone know what to do bec I am scared if I sleepwalk or sleepscream again I could get hurt or in trouble. If anyone have any advaice please comment okay Comments
