my brother used to sleepwalk

i remember a couple of times when my brother sleptwalk. one time, he woke up and started banging the clock next to my mom’s bed very hard then he went back to bed and had no idea he did it.
and another time he threw up in his bed and woke up in it! he had no idea it happened!

another time he went all the way downstairs and asked ‘where are the rasberries?’ lol then he went back. another time, when i was still awake, there was thunder outside and my brother suddenly knocked on my door very loudly. first i was mad at him, because i could have been sleeping, then he came in started panicking and walking around and saying my name. then he went to sleep on my floor then after 5 minutes left my room. i told him this in the morning and he didnt remember.

the most recent sleepwalking he had which was about 4 years ago, he was in the toilet, and in the morning me and my family were all up wondering whats wrong with him. he said he didnt know how to open the door. we kept saying ‘JUST TURN THE KNOB!’ and we could hear him pounding and trying to turn the knob. then he came out and went back to his room. all he remembered about it is that he fell asleep on the toilet. lol

i personaly dont understand how people can sleepwalk. people have told me that i dont even move when i sleep.i have delayed sleep phase syndrome, and when i do sleep it is very deep. one time, our air conditioning broke and ice was flying at me! i didnt notice it and my parents had to wake me up so i wouldnt get hurt, another time my whole closet (the kind on wheels) fell and i didnt wake up , i just realised it fell in the morning. there was once a small earthquake during the night, everyone noticed but me. i never notice tempurature .when im hot, i wake up under the covers soaked in sweat. i never notice thunder or fireworks, nothing. however i always hear my alarm-even the first beep and on sleepovers i always hear the other person waking up. its weird.
so do people who sleepwalk have like a REALLY deep sleep or what. i would imagine it would b a deep sleep to not notice what your doing or remember it when you wake up.

So basically I was called by my mom to come upstairs because someone was on the phone. I had went to bed early. I walked upstairs, talked on the phone, told my mom that there was a change of time with a meeting for church. I then went downstairs and went back to sleep. [more..]
