Last night was the first time

I was walking in my sleep. I have a one floor rambler (luckily) and I’m active duty Navy. 33-year-old totally healthy female, no smoking, social drinker, eating very low fat diet with lots of fruits, whole grains, etc. and I exercise 4X a week (I do a lot of running). Really healthy, no diseases, have a wonderful marriage and a healthy 3-year-old girl. Money saved, little stress.

Last night, I “woke up” in a dream state, suddenly realizing (as if in a dream) that I was in my famiy room. I laid down without a blanket on my olive green sofa (unsure of the time but hubby and little girl were both asleep apparently) and woke some time later to realize I was cold and remember (dimly) the circumstances under which I came to be on one of my sofas. I quickly (and confusedly) went back to my bedroom and noted my husband and daughter were fast asleep in their beds. I asked hubby tonight if he noticed I was walking in my sleep. He did not. First time, so it’s odd. I’m intrigued and actually hope that it happens again. What an experience!
