    So basically I was called by my mom to come upstairs because someone was on the phone. I had went to bed early. I walked upstairs, talked on the phone, told my mom that there was a change of time with a meeting for church. I then went downstairs and went back to sleep. [more..]

    i remember a couple of times when my brother sleptwalk. one time, he woke up and started banging the clock next to my mom’s bed very hard then he went back to bed and had no idea he did it. and another time he threw up in his bed and woke up in it! he had no idea it happened! [more..]

    I was walking in my sleep. I have a one floor rambler (luckily) and I’m active duty Navy. 33-year-old totally healthy female, no smoking, social drinker, eating very low fat diet with lots of fruits, whole grains, etc. and I exercise 4X a week (I do a lot of running). [more..]
