Holes in the walls-knots on my head!

I need help! I have been sleepwalking for a couple of years now, and have fallen many times with damage to our house and myself, as a result. I am disabled, having had fibromyalgia, depression social anxiety disorder, along with their individual symptoms, for a number of years. It is only in the last two years that sleepwalking has become a serious problem, especially for my wife, who is in a constant stare of anxiety and worry that I will hurt myself badly, or worse, lose my life, since, while sleepwalking I am totally unaware of anything I am doing, where I am going, or anything that might be dangerous.
I sleep in a different room than my wife, and I tie myself down so that I will usually wake myself when I try to get up. Sometimes though, I untie myself while still asleep.
With the illness’ I have, I take many medications, with doctors who monitor me regularly. None of my doctors or specialists are able to treat me for sleepwalking. Among the meds I take are: pain pills (Vicodin, Percocet sometimes),Mirapex (Fibromyalgia), alprazolim (for sleep 1.5 mg), Risperdal (1/2 mg for sleep also), Effexor (for anxiety and depression). I also have Narcolepsy. I would welcome advice on the above, while I learn on my own how to patch “holes” in the sheet rock!
Sincerely,
