Living with Sleepwalking

When i was a bit younger (im 14) i used to get really bad dreams that came very often, i used to get up, refuse to go back to sleep. I went downstairs wrapped myself in my duvet and went out side in the bitter cold but i didnt care i cryed ALOT too and i thought i was orange. lol. i even talked to my family even though i was sleep walking, i said to my big sister ‘I wish i was you right now’ I think i was just so scared about the dream by that point that i wanted to be someone else.

I did lots of other things that lasted for an hour. I eventually got to sleep, and in the morning i could only remember little bits of it, the other things i did my sisters and mum told me…I was sooo embarrassed!!

Other things…I once came down and said ‘Wheres the Victor’?

I think the sleep walking runs in the family, because my dad slept walked and fell out of a 4 story house and broke his hips and other bones, hes still alive luckily! I started sleep walking when my dad left us… but its got better! now i usually just sleep talk.
