To quickly access health information from your website's browser, download Sleepwalking When i was young, i used to sleepwalk every once and a while, nothing too major, fall asleep in my bed, wake up on the couch, and vice versa. Exept for this one time that is. One time, i woke up in the shower, naked, staring at the water while it hits my face. I just stood there for a minute or two, just wondering, “whats going on?”. Got out, went back to bed, woke up the next morning thinking maybe it was just a dream then my mom tells me she heard the shower on at about 4am. Lately i havent been sleepwalking in years from what i can tell, but a couple nights ago i woke up sitting on my bed, at about 5am, with my bedroom light on, wondering why my light is on. It was very strange, i sat there for about 5 minutes then finally got up, turned off the light, then went back to bed. Lucky for me i havent had any “Bad” experiences sleepwalking yet, just a couple of interesting stories to tell. Hopefully it stays that way. Comments
