To quickly access health information from your website's browser, download Sleepwalking I’ve been sleep walking since I had kids. I get up in the night and either end up waking up in my youngest sons bed or with him in mine. I’m scared of hurting myself and don’t know how to control this. I’ve had increased stress and wonder if this is connected… my kids both don’t sleep well through the night and I think I’m just running on auto-pilot at night and rather than awaken from a deep sleep I’m just sleeping with the kids or bringing them to bed so I continue sleeping. I don’t know what to do. My doctor didn’t think much of it. I sleep walk every night. Last night I fell asleep on my couch and woke up in my bed with one of my sons. This has to stop and I’m looking for any suggestions that might assist me. Comments
