To quickly access health information from your website's browser, download Sleep Paralysis On August 19, 2008 I was paralized in my sleep, I was in a half sleep type, because I was able to talk to myself. Now I’m paralized, my mouth is dry like cotton, and my breathing was slowly escaping me. I was terrified, it was like the more I struggled the more paralized I became, and my breathing became worst with each struggle. I was crying out for help, I would say(HELP ME)several time, and that became exhausting. This was one of the worst ones I had in awhile. My breathing would was get shorter and shorter with every struggle, so I started to tell myself to calm down or you’ll stop breathing, I kept saying “calm down”. Every time I struggled to free myself from being paralized the deeper it got. It took a long time before I broke free @ 4:05am and then I leeped up, if I didn’t it would grip my again(from experience)I turned on the T.V. and lights, then I went to the bathroom and I was twitching and shaking, and very scared. I fought so hard, and I gave my all to stay alive and I was exhausted. This condition is real, yet I don’t hear much about it. I hope for a good night sleep again. Thank you for reading about my condition. Yours truely Sleepyhead Comments
