Falling asleep

For the last year I have been worried because at the initial stage of sleep, about the first 5 to 10 min where i begin to fall asleep i freak out. I can see my surroundings and believe that iam atually still awake however iam already starting to fall asleep, i try to move and realise i cant and that iam falling asleep at that moment, i start to panic and get scared that im not going to be able to wake up. I then push with my mind over and over until i force myself to wake. Im afraid that one day i wont be capable of pushing myself out of it and i feel quite scared.
