To quickly access health information from your website's browser, download Very Strange This is something that really concerns me and I just want to know if this is some sort of sleep disorder like a hypnopompic hallucination. I went to sleep last night and woke up coughing ( I’ve had a horrible cold lately) and I turned on my light to get a drink and go to the bathroom. Everything looked very strange and scary to me. My fingers looked strange to me, my toes looked strange, the lighting in my room looked strange. The sound of things sounded strange. I really felt as if I were dreaming or hallucinating while I was awake. It is very hard for me to explain it because it was weird. When I looked at myself in my mirror my pupils were dilated. I was terrified and I don’t know why, I also felt disconnected as if I were dreaming. I was definitely awake because I remember everything. In fact, I had trouble falling back to sleep because I became anxious. I thought I was dying or something. Please help me to understand what this could be. Comments
