noisy sleeper

I have a sleep “disorder” that doesn’t bother me but drives my wife crazy. I hold my breath and let it out in short bursts and then a lot all at once. It sounds like a moan or groan, sort of like the sound people make when they lift something heavy. I’m not tired at all during the day but I usually fall asleep if I sit down for a rest after work… I also scratch or rub my forehead a lot. There doesn’t seem to be anything on the internet that pertains to these symptoms. I talked to an ENT. He just gave me pamphlets about snoring… I’m 46, male, 150 pounds and in fair condition, no other medical issues at all.

While I could control my left hand, not so much the tips of my fingers that’s why I eat like a pig with my left hand. [more..]
