To quickly access health information from your website's browser, download SLEEP PARALYSIS Hi, I have had sleep paralysis 3 times. The last time was extreamly distressing. As i was falling asleep I remember hearing some loud clicking sounds and then felt something tugging at my hair. i knew something was in the room, it did not feel evil but more child like. the next thing i know i am calling out to my husband to help me to wake up as i was unable to move, but as no sound was coming out of my mouth he was unable to hear me, but I did not realise that he was unable to hear i believed that i was shouting very loud. By this time i was in a panic, the next thing i remember was being hugged by a loving being with golden hair which calmed me down i was then able to wake up and when i did i sat bolt upright in bed i then saw in the top right hand corner of my room a black circle with a white circle in the middle which then disapeared. i was definitely awake when i saw the circle. i was crying which then woke my husband up. He said it was only a bad dream but know that it was not a dream. I was so scared to go asleep again that i have to pray to god every night to protect me from what ever was happening. So far this has worked and i have not had it happen again and have every faith that it will never return. Comments
