To quickly access health information from your website's browser, download Make the switch I have worked as an RN for the past 4 years…on night shift. 7p.m.- 7 a.m. But the twelve hour shift always turned out to be 14 hours. Three weeks ago I switched to day shift, and I already feel like a new person. I feel like I’ve been in a fog for the past 4 years. It’s like post traumatic stress syndrome! How did I do that for 4 years? I highly encourage anyone that is working nights to make a change. I promise, it’s worth it!! You’ll love your life! Comments
