To quickly access health information from your website's browser, download Rolling and kicking in bed I can’t seem to find the right description for some mysterious movements that I have made in my sleep over the last 2 weeks. My partner has told me how I’ve been rolling backwards and forward repeatedly. He’s only been aware of it because either I’ve been shaking the bed in the process or he’s got in my way and I’ve subsequently elbowed him or kicked him. This has happened at least 5 times over the last 2 weeks. In the morning I have no recollection and seem to feel fine. It also seems to happen at the around the same time - between 4.15 and 4.30am. Can anybody help me determine what this is and also if it is potential detrimental in anyway? I hardly drink alcohol, I’m not on any medication and I don’t usually drink any caffeine before going to bed. Many thanks. Comments
