He won’t go to the doctor because he says it’s hogwash and he doesn’t believe in it. I moved out of our bedroom 2 years ago after he attacked and nearly slugged me in the face in an act of self defense. He didn’t know he was doing that until I woke him up. My question is this… if he kills me in one of these REM episodes after I have told him of the dangers and he refuses to get help, can he be charged with murder because he was advised to get help and willfully did not?
