I HAVE JUST READ ABOUT THIS DISORDER. IT IS SCARY TO ME .ASPAILY FOR MY BED PARNER. THEY HAVE SAID THAT I HAVE KICKED THEM, HIT THEM IN THE FACE. NOW I SLEEP ALONE.IT IS NO FUN. I ALSO HAVE PARKINSONS ,RLS ,SLEEP APNE PLUS OTHER PROBLEM. I HAVE BEEN ACTING OUT DREAMS FOR ABOUT 2 YEAR NOW. EVER TIME THEY CHANGE MY MEDICATION I HOPE THAT THIS WILL ALL STOP. BUT IT DON’T SEAM TO HELP MUCH. I KICK,HIT,SWING MY ARMS, LEGS, SOME TIMES I GET OUT BED FOR NO APARENT REASON AND JUST STAND THERE. THEN GET BACH IN BED AND I DON’T EVEN KNOW THAT IT HAS HAPPENED. IT HELP ME TO TALK ABOUT IT TO FRIENDS AND FAMILY. AT LEAST I’M NOT CRAZY THERE IS A NAME FOR WHAT IS HAPPENING TO ME. NOW WHAT TO DO ABOUT IT AND LEARN TO LIVE WITH IT. Comments
