It worked. I have no more sleep problems. My family Doctor prescribded the medicine for the sleep disorder. REM is the first stage of sleep which happens normally in the first hour. I documented my outbirsts which have always occured in the first hour of sleep. When taking zoloft be advised that the first week or so you will have a weird feeling about yourself but it does go away and you wont even know your on the drug unless you go cold turkey. Comments
