I have rem disorder for over 30 years and read online that taking zoloft at bedtime 100milligrams would control the outbirsts. It worked. I have no more sleep problems.

Well I did the sleep study and have been told I do have RBD. I saw the Board Certified sleep medicine Dr. on 1/21/08 and he tried to put me on Ambien CR, but the insurance said I had to do step thearpy first and try the reg. Ambien, which I am here to tell you does nothing so don’t waste your money.

I’m a 56 year old male experiencing this rem/rbd sleep disorder. I have dreams that I’m fighting and I have hit my wife on more than one occasion. The irony is I am not in the the least a violent person.

I am 19 also. I have been having symptoms of RBD for about a year and a half. I have tried clonazapem, imipramine, and I also take Paxil. My roommate in college can’t sleep at night.
