To quickly access health information from your website's browser, download tired of hurting myself tonite i went to bed at 1130, jumped out of bed, not sure if i was yelling, but broke my toe in the process, that woke me up for sure. been doing this a couple of times a month for the last 13 years of marriage and sleepwalking and talking a lot as a child. can’t think of a time when i haven’t done something at nite, weird dreams, move furniture, i dream alot that my kids are stuck under furniture, or are in harm (not from an individual i think). scare my wife though quite often, she ignores me now afraid i might hurt her, i get angry with her during these episodes, called a sleep center tonite, will get a referal from my doctor, technician thinks it is called rem behavior disorder, i am ok with drugs as long as there are no side effects, i am somewhat of a light sleeper, and i get up at any sign of any of my 4 kids coughing or having problems.
