After the birth of my son, things were worse. The first car accident, the diagnosis, the second car accident. But at 31 I’ve embraced taking the medications, going to bed early, and being conscious of when I’m sleepy. I was afraid of the loss in independence from this disorder. But it has taught me discipline oddly enough. Comments
