To quickly access health information from your website's browser, download Insomnia problems I have had insomnia ever since I was around 8 if not sooner. Currently I am 27. I also had sleep walking problems for about 3-5 years. Now I dont sleep walk too much. Back when I was in High School I had to go to bed at like 9 or 10 to be up by 5:30-6am, but I never was able to fall asleep till 2-3 am. So every morning I was barely able to wake up and even then during classes I would either fall asleep or just be in a daze from being so tired. I went for a vacation last month for a week and noticed it helped my insomnia for a week or so after I got back and did not need to take the Ambien at all, except for the first night of my vacation. It is nice being able to go 2 weeks without having to take it. Otherwise to help my Insomnia I do prefer to work more towards nights and sleep during the day. Since at night I am never able to get to sleep. To sleep during the day I just need to drop the blinds and cover them w/ towels. After my vacation I might go to work a job that is like 10pm - 5am doing stocking instead of a full time job during the day and cant sleep all night. Comments
