To quickly access health information from your website's browser, download Breakthrough Though I haven’t actually been diagnosed with DSPS (I have actually just wiki’d it…), it seems to answer all the frustrations, sneers, and irritating why-the-heel-can’t-I-sleep questions which have been bugging me since I can remember. I Feel not just not sleepy, but alert, energetic and at my most capable around midnight (I generally don’t sleep til four). It alwasy galls me to be called lazy by larks, who I always think lazy for going to bed at 11 in the evening! Though the prognosis sounds dire, I really want this to be the answer I’ve been looking for. Comments
