To quickly access health information from your website's browser, download Took Too Long To Find Out!! I can’t believe that I suffered most of my life with the same symptoms I am reading on this Board and never found a group like this. I am 58 years old, have never been able to wake up like my family and friends and it has shaped the way I live my life. The only real difference I have noticed between myself and the rest of the postings is that there is a major difference in my attitude and general feelings the first 2-3 hours after I wake up - have never felt good in the morning and need a couple of hours and 3-4 cups of good coffee before I can even think about talking to someone.
