I have come to accept it has my regular sleeping pattern and so have people in my life. However i do suffer with Bipolar disorder and Fibromyagia which might be part of the problem. Sometimes it bothers me but i see it as somewhat normal because i get a regular 8 to 10 hours. The big problem comes when i am in a high phase of my Bipolar and cant get to sleep at all and regularly miss a whole nights sleep. Comments
