To quickly access health information from your website's browser, download Rearanging the Average Day For years I always struggled with “day people” who would accuse me of being lazy or say “must be nice to sleep all day.” What neither I nor them knew at the time was that I had DSPS. Knowing I have gives me confirmation. I always knew i was most aware and awake during the late night. Realizing what i was suffering from allowed me to embrace it rather than try to fight it with treatment. If you find it impossible or extremely difficult to wake up early for a job, I suggest telecomuting. These type of jobs will often allow you to work on your own schedule. Their are also a variety of customer service and internet related jobs that you have to choose from. These jobs will cater more to the person who is not happy with the night watchmen and over night janitor options available to those of us who go to bed so late. I also suggest getting as many of your daytime errands as possible done first thing while you are still groggy and hazy this always makes me feel more and awake and allows for more free time when i feel at my prime later in the evening. Not to mention you avoid that fact that all stores have their schedules based around daytime hours. Comments
