To quickly access health information from your website's browser, download insomnia In researching there does not seem to be a name for my type. I go from 4 - 6 nights not sleeping at all before I crash. Drugs do not work I have taken two tranquilizers along with two sleeping pills( I know but I was desperate) and all it did was make my body extremely wobbly but no sleep. I have read all the articles,so my sleep environment is great. I lie down for 30 -45 min. and when I do not sleep get up and read or get on the computer then try again I also get a lot of housecleaning done at 3, 4 5 in the morning Then I go through the whole cycle again. Poblem is by the 3rd night you are too exhausted to read clean or move much and your behavior starts to get pretty erratic. This happens 2 or 3 times a month , the rest of the time I sleep from 3 to 9 which is fine with me who’s complaining ..anything over two hours looks good to me Comments
