As I get older I find it more necessary to follow my own rhythm. I no longer try to explain to people who see it as lazy etc it’s just too much effort. Now my sleep is precious and I sleep from 3-4am sometimes till noon. I get a lot of unasked for feedback like “must be nice”and other sarcastic remarks. I no longer need others approval or understanding. They can think what they want. I accept it. It is what it is.
