I feel relieved and justified reading more about this and reading people’s comments. Everyone, in particular my family, has always blamed me for being lazy or undisciplined for my sleep habits, making a point to always say something underhanded about it. But deep inside I have always felt that there is nothing wrong with me-that people do have different schedules and why do I always have to be the one in the wrong? Especially with boyfriends in the past - it was always my fault at my sleep habits were different from the norm. I have tried successfully to break the “habit” of my sleep patterns - but it has always been terribly difficult and does not work for long - it was always an uphill battle and I thought that it was my problem. It feels so good to read more about DSPS and see that I am not alone. Comments
