To quickly access health information from your website's browser, download Completely Fed Up I dread getting in the bed every night knowing that I will just lay there for hours on end until I fall asleep. I have an 8:00 to 5:00 job and I am the mother of three young children. I need to sleep. The only time I get sleepy is around 2:00 in the afternoon (whilie I am at work). In the past I have tried 6 different perscription sleep aides and in the beginning they seemed to have helped some and then they quit. Does anyone have any advice for me. I am so aggravated with this. I need at least a good 6 to 7 hours of sleep, not just 4 hours. Comments
