A year on…

…and I’m still the same, it’s 6am and I just randomly clicked on this book mark and read the comments I made last year. I did go and see the doctor who just dismissed what I was saying and made me feel stupid, saying they do not prescribe melatonin in the UK. In my anger I then printed out a document I found about studies and research into DSPS determined to see her again and hand it to her suggesting she read it.
But I was never brave enough, so here I am a year later with no change. Currently I am on 7-9 am going to sleep then 24 hours up then sleep again, if I manage to get it to a stage where I am up at 8 or 9 am it soon reverts back to 7-9 am sleep after a couple of days.

If medical people don’t take this seriously in the uk I expect I will be here back here again in another year complaining. Oh well :-)

Good luck everyone, hope you are finding the help or lifestyles you need to help with this condition.
