This helped at one point…

Like everyone else here, I’ve been struggling with sleep for as long as I can remember. It’s almost 5 am now. And I’m still wide awake. I might start getting a bit sleepy around 7 am. I don’t know how I survived high school and managed to work a bit before I’m self-employed.

At one point, I did manage to sleep at a regular/normal cycle. I was wide awake at 6:30 am - 7am, and was ready to drop at 11 pm like clock work. What did I do? I exercised, specifically, I ran. It turned out that I am a bit of a adrenalin junkie. I was running almost everyday at a gym, for 3 miles. I tried to keep it at an every other day schedule. The point is, doing cardio works.

I fell into this rut again because I got sick, and slept a lot, and now I can’t sleep anymore. I’m sure you can all guess what I’ll be doing this long weekend, cardio.
