To quickly access health information from your website's browser, download after 3am and wide awake Honestly as long as I can remember I’ve always had problems falling asleep at a normal time. I can recall being 7-8 years old and waiting for my mother to go to sleep so that I could get out of bed and play with my toys, read, color, watch tv, anything to entertain myself until I’d become tired. Which was usually so late (early in the morning) that all of the good shows on Nick at Night were finished. If anyone reading this is around 23 years old, you know what I mean when I say MTV After Hours was the best! Ahh, the video for Runaway Train by Soul Asylum was always one of my personal favorites. But, needless to say, I love being a “night owl.” It just sucks when you want to do things like workout, hangout with friends, be well rested for an early day, but your time for that is cut down because you need to nap in the middle of the day. By the time the nap is finished you only have enough time to do what you need to do and everyone else is settling in for the night! Comments
