To quickly access health information from your website's browser, download Me too I swear, if one more person tells me to just adhere to a normal schedule and I’ll be fine, it’s going to push me over the edge. What do these people think I have been doing my whole life anyway? One thing that has helped me a little is to listen to relaxing music while trying to fall asleep. It does not help to induce sleep, but it does help to block out a lot of noise (barking dogs, police sirens, neighbors’ domestic disputes, etc.) that would otherwise delay the process. Unlike earplugs, headphones fall out during the night so I still hear my three alarm clocks in the morning. It may be an idea for those of you like me who can’t yet afford to live in quiet neighborhods. I am considering experimenting with an electric blanket, i.e., since being too warm is supposed to make people sleepy, maybe it might help induce sleep. But then again it might backfire. Will post again later with results. Good luck everyone. Comments
