To quickly access health information from your website's browser, download Wow im glad I am 17 years old and I have always been a “night owl”. I usually go to sleep around 5-7am and wake up at 3 or 4pm its horrible. I left my public high school and enrolled in a homeschool because it was so hard for me to wake up. I was doing poorly in public high school, but in homeschool im doing great. I would say this started around the age of 14 i honestly cannot remember. But it has effected me greatly my mother thinks im lazy and not disiplined and i was starting to believe that myself. No matter what i did i would still always go to bed in the wee hours of the morning. I tried sleeping pills (lunesta)which did not work, even if i was sleep deprived i would still go to bed late. I absolutely could not wake up in the morning. I was working at my first job which started at 9am and i would only get 1 to 2 hours of sleep and i would feel so horrible at work, I eventually quit. I knew this would be a huge problem for me in the future but i am so happy i found out about this and that i found out now instead of when im 40. Comments
