To quickly access health information from your website's browser, download DSPD I have just been diognosed with DELAYED SLEEP PHASE DISORDER and have to get myself into a “normal” pattern. as like other people with the same problem i cant get to sleep till well after 2am and dont wake up till at least 3pm the following day. this has cost me my job my friends and my social life. But in people who do have the illness (DSPD) your body clock does not function the way it should and it is released at the wrong times. so thats all i know about it at this stage. the thing that you have to remember is that there is always a “cure”. sweet dreams.
