For the last few years now i have had terrible trouble sleeping. At the moment in my life i will always, everynight be awake till at least 3.30 and then not wake till god knows what time the next day. Its funny but when i see the time on my phone being past 3 i usually fall asleep or i’m still awake at 4. I’ve been told so many times just go to bed earlier or get up earlier. But whats the point in going to bed earlier if all i’m going to do is lie there and getting up early just doesn’t work well at all!! So i’ve just showed all this to my mam who thinks i’m just lazy and i think finally i and her are realising that my sleep problems aren’t just down to “going to bed early” or “me being lazy”.
