To quickly access health information from your website's browser, download Be Strong ! For over a decade, I’ve experienced such a Disorder [delayed sleep phase syndrome] !.. Today I went throughout the internet and found out what I’ve been up to. At the beginning I’d never realized this kind of things is really happening to me. I first thought it was a descipline control… however it wasn’t. I’ve tried so many ways to get out of this Disorder. I had more than 10 Alarms, sleep-wake daily time record, friends’ and family’s help. Well, now i normally go to bed at 5-6am. The sunshine is always my last warning, then waking up by late afternoon. Now, I went out off a job because of my time difficulty. I used to blame Alcohol, drugs, TV, and others.. But eventually I realized this is not caused by them. Then, I try and try it again to be a better. Cheers for all that concern. Comments
