My perfect Grinding solution. Solve bruxism!

I’ve waited too long. Too long meaning, I avoided the problem until my teeth started to chip. I was told I had bruxism a few years back. I was told to wear the Custom night guard. Well, the dentist wanted $400 for the Custom Night Guard and one look in the mirror told me that I didn’t know what he was talking about. I mean how in the world was I grinding my teeth. they looked health. there was no way I would grind my teeth down. And I wasn’t going to pay $400 for a problem I didn’t even see. I avoided the problem until I saw the side effect.

All the sudden, I discovered that my teeth were chipping. I just hope that I did something about it before. So the whole purpose of this story is to worn other not to wait to long. Custom night guards may be not the most comfortable thing to wear at night. But they do protect your teeth form grinding. Yes, I wear mine now, but that should have been done a while ago. That would have saved my teeth before It lead to fillings on my front teeth. Don’t wait, your teeth are worth protecting. Another peice of advice would be not to purchase your Custom Night guards from your dentist. My Custom Night Guard cost me just $79. Your dentist will rip you off. dentist charge from $300-$900 for them and what makes it even more interesting is that they don’t make them. They order them from a dental lab. The dentist just takes the inprints. The Lab charges the dentist about $80 for them. Now you can purchase them directly from the lab yourself.

Protect your teeth.
